Design fees in EUR only. Furniture, plants, awnings, and installer labour are paid directly to suppliers. VAT is added where Spanish rules require it for your invoice type.

What moves a quote
Long Eixample galleries with three zones take more drawing time than a compact Gràcia ledge. Listed buildings, awkward access, and shared courts with several stakeholders push fees toward the upper end. Simple Juliet ledges with planting only sit lower, or may need only a consultation. Travel inside Barcelona city limits is included; visits beyond the ring roads may add a small charge stated in the proposal.
Payment schedule
Consultations are paid before or at the visit. Package work requires forty percent to start and the balance on delivery of the final drawing pack. We accept bank transfer in euros; card payment can be arranged for consultations through a local payment link when needed. Unused consultation credit toward a package expires sixty days after the visit.
Outside design fees
Building permits, community application fees, waterproofing repairs, and structural engineering sit outside our scope. Retail markups are not part of our model — you buy products at public prices.
