What this site uses
kindredharbor.sbs is a static information site for Kindred Harbor Terraces. We do not load third-party advertising cookies or analytics pixels. The only browser storage we set is a local preference after you respond to the consent banner.
That preference uses the localStorage key kindredharbor_bcn_terrace_ok with the value accepted or declined so the banner does not reappear on every page view in the same browser.
Why the banner appears

How to clear the preference
