Juliet ledge, Poblenou loft, Sant Antoni family strip
Near Passeig de Gràcia, an eighty-centimetre Juliet ledge became three deep troughs, a slim reed screen inside the railing line, and a fold-down coffee shelf — consultation plus planter system €670, later floor advisory €320. A Poblenou loft roof strip used fixed side screens, a weighted table for six, and a drip-irrigated trough line as wind baffle — wraparound layout €1,520 plus a half-day shop-drawing review at €240. In Sant Antoni, a toddler play corner against a blank wall and adult chairs near the door for supervision formed a full redesign with shade study at €2,480, then a one-hour follow-up at €95 six months later.
